Practicalities & accommodation

Accommodation costs are fully covered in the programme fee, so you can focus on learning and enjoying your stay. Participants—both students and professors—will be housed in Kmicic Hall and/or Niechcic Hall, both located just a short walk from the University’s main facilities.

Each hall offers modular-style rooms, consisting of two double or triple rooms sharing a private bathroom. Rooms are furnished with single beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, a table, and a refrigerator, providing a comfortable and functional living space. For your privacy and security, rooms are individually lockable and the key is held by the resident.

Additional amenities include:

  • A fully equipped kitchen on each floor (with gas cooker, sink, and storage cupboards)
  • Laundry facilities with washing machines and tumble dryers
  • Private bathrooms (one per module) with a shower, washbasin, and toilet
